HLD Group, together with Didier Tabary, President of Laboratoires Filorga and Laboratoires SVR, has finalized the acquisition of beauty brand Le Couvent des Minimes, specialized in colognes and natural and traditional skincare products.
Created in 2004, Le Couvent des Minimes was until now owned by the L’OCCITANE Group. The brand is currently marketed in 15 countries, mainly distributed in pharmacies and perfumeries. Inspired by plant-based skincare and well-being recipes, the brand’s star products are its Gardener’s Hand Healer and Hiker’s Foot Healer, along with its colognes.
Le Couvent des Minimes will join the beauty portfolio composed of SVR and Filorga, and will benefit from a presence in 85 countries, as well as significant commercial and production synergies.

President of Laboratoires Filorga and SVR, Didier Tabary bought Laboratoires Filorga in 2006 and, with joint funding from HLD, increased the brand’s turnover by 20-fold in ten years. Specialized in the field of aesthetic medicine and anti-aging cosmetics, the Filorga brand is distributed in over 60 countries. In 2014, again with joint funding from HLD, Didier Tabary took over Laboratoires SVR – one of the last remaining dermo-cosmetic family companies in France.
