Fillmed develops, manufactures and markets medical devices and cosmetic products for aesthetic medicine professionals (aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, etc.). Today, Fillmed is a world leader with a >50% market share in the mesotherapy segment, a minimally invasive preventative treatment that nourishes and stimulates skin to improve its quality. This position gives the company strong legitimacy and visibility in the medical field.

In 2010, HLD and Didier Tabary jointly took control of Laboratoires Filorga, which comprised a cosmetics business (Filorga Cosmétique) and a medical business (Fillmed). In 2015, the two companies were split in view to establishing a dedicated strategy for each business.

Filorga Cosmetics was sold to Colgate in 2019.

Today, HLD actively supports Fillmed’s international development and product innovations.
